The product

The strict licence
One named user may use the workbook internally for one business. Copying, sharing, resale, sublicensing, public or AI upload, template extraction and competing-product use are prohibited by the full product licence.
Support
Email-only help covers delivery, corruption, reproducible workbook defects and compatibility questions within the published product boundary.
Before download
The final checkout will record the buyer's express request for immediate supply and the required acknowledgement concerning cancellation.
After order
The storefront will provide durable order confirmation and access to the approved delivery package.
Faulty or misdescribed content
Applicable statutory remedies are not excluded. The final terms will explain the repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund route as appropriate.
Intellectual-property breach
Unauthorised sharing or commercial copying may breach both the product licence and copyright. Remedies will be pursued proportionately; the terms do not impose an automatic penalty or remove a buyer's legal rights.
