How the workbook works
CR-002 is a local Excel file. ClearRoutine does not receive the enquiries, contacts or follow-up information that a buyer chooses to enter in their own copy.
Order information
When sales open, the storefront will process the order and provide the information needed for delivery, receipts, accounting, fraud and dispute handling.
Support information
Buyers should provide only the product version, Excel version and a minimal description of the issue. Do not send full customer records.
