CR-002 STRICT PRODUCT LICENCE — PRE-LAUNCH REVIEW
One named user. One business. Internal use only.
A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence. The workbook, formulas, structure, documentation, artwork, wording and brand remain protected material; ownership does not transfer.
What the licence allows
- Use by the named buyer for the internal administration of one identified business
- Enter that business's information and adapt permitted labels or dropdown values
- Keep reasonable encrypted or access-controlled backup copies
- Print or export completed reports for that business's ordinary internal use
What it does not allow
- Sharing an editable or blank copy with staff, contractors, clients or another business
- Resale, gifting, rental, lending, sublicensing, redistribution or public posting
- Use as a client deliverable, white-label product, template pack or competing product
- Removal or concealment of copyright, ownership, product-ID, version or licence notices
No extraction or cloning
The buyer must not extract, reproduce or repurpose the workbook's formulas, layouts, dashboards, wording, visual system or substantial structure to build or help build another product, template, course, library or service.
No public or AI upload
The editable product must not be uploaded to a public repository, file-sharing library, prompt library, generative-AI service, model-training dataset, automated template generator or formula-extraction service. Private backup storage for the licensed user remains permitted.
No circumvention
The buyer must not bypass workbook protection, alter ownership metadata, remove hidden licence material, defeat access controls or help another person do so, except where a non-excludable law expressly permits an act.
Licence scope and additional users
The base £19 licence covers one named natural person and one business. It does not include a team, group, agency, consultant, client-work or multi-business licence. Additional use requires a separate written licence from ClearRoutine Systems.
Breach and termination
A material licence breach ends the permission to use the product. The buyer must stop using it and delete unauthorised copies. ClearRoutine Systems may pursue proportionate contractual and copyright remedies. Nothing in this clause removes statutory consumer rights or any non-excludable legal permission.
Copyright and evidence

Important limitation
No licence or technical control can guarantee that a dishonest person will never copy a file. These terms, visible notices, release records, controlled delivery and workbook protections create deterrence and evidence; enforcement remains a legal process.
